New Master's Degree Program: Afghanistan

Through a contract funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Notre Dame will partner with Balkh University in Afghanistan to develop a master's degree program in finance and accountancy for Balkh students. The goal of this project is to enhance the skills and employability of technically qualified and professionally capable Afghan individuals in both the public and private sectors. 

Faculty from Balkh University, along with faculty from the Stayer Center for Executive Education at Notre Dame, will work together to develop the graduate-level curriculum and enhance teaching and research skills over the next two years.
