Project Lead: Mendoza College of Business

The Master of Nonprofit Administration program assists in developing exemplary leaders serving nonprofit organizations. The program offers students the opportunity to earn the degree with a limited commitment of on-campus learning while maintaining full-time employment; it is 42 credit hours and serves leaders already experienced in the third sector from all over the world.

The MNA's global focus is twofold: curricular and research. The "Organizational Leadership for the Third Sector" course, for example, is aimed towards international students understanding leadership and leadership development in NGOs. The second course is the field project, which is an applied thesis project which is usually completed in the student’s home country. Projects have been conducted in Mexico, India, Jordan, and in other countries. In conjunction with this program, research is also being conducted on practitioner leadership in the NGO sector in Palestine, Israel, and China.
